Carrie Underwood took a mean fall in her house in November, causing facial injuries that required 50 stitches that slowed her for the holidays. But she has proven she is not down for the count.
She returned Sunday to where it all started for her, when she performed live on "American Idol", the show that introduced us to her in its original run on FOX.
Now on ABC, "Idol" is winding down the return season, and brought back Underwood to sing her new song "Cry Pretty". She got a standing ovation. As you can watch here, her fall hasn't affected Carrie's beautiful voice:
