Rebecca Newby is a ninth-grade English, pre-AP English, and creative writing teacher in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. As she was preparing for the new school year (which started this past Monday down there), she had to prepare hall passes for the students. But, instead of creating generic hall passes that the students wouldn't give a second thought...she decided to get a little creative, and use a recent meme to generate a laugh or two on the students' first day.
