Tommy Morrisseywas born with most of his right arm missing, but he’s not letting that stop him from doing what he loves: playing sports. The eight-year-old from Florida recently had a really good day on the ballfield when he hit a home run during a Little League game.
Morrissey had just visited the St. Louis Cardinals at their spring training site in Jupiter, Florida and picked up some hitting tips from former playerChris Carpenter. So he took that knowledge to his game a week later and ended up hitting an inside-the-park homerun.
But baseball isn’t the only sport this kid has skills in. Morrissey plays golf as well and has shared golf tips withTiger Woods. He also raises money for charity for theUnLIMBited Foundation, which helps kids born with partial limbs or without limbs.
