Get ready for another year at Hogwarts, “Harry Potter” fans! J.K. Rowling, author of the bestselling books has announced plans to release four brand new stories in the series. Next month the e-books will be released online, more than 20 years since the first novel about the young wizard came out.
Rowling says the short e-books will “explore the traditional folklore and magic at the heart of the series” and they’ll focus on specific lessons from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The first two books: "A Journey Through Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts" and "A Journey Through Potions and Herbology" will be released on June 27th. "A Journey Through Divination" and "Astronomy and A Journey Through Care of Magical Creatures" are expected shortly after that.
“Prepare to delve deeper into the rich history of magic (be it our own Muggle history, or the magical world created by J.K. Rowling) with this new series of e-book shorts, inspired by the British Library exhibition and its companion books, Harry Potter: A History of Magic,” the Pottermore Publishing announcement reads.
