STUDY: Crying is Good For Your Health

Time to stop holding back your emotions and just let it out. No one will judge you. Well they may judge you, but eventually you'll come out on top when they die first.

According to a new study out of Australia, CRYING can be good for your health.

The researchers found that people who let their tears just flow on out had lower stress levels, more controlled breathing, and lower heart rates than people who didn't cry.
