Many fast food chains, like Burger King and White Castle, have added the Impossible Burger to their menus recently so vegans can get their burger fix without eating any meat. Well, starting today many can start enjoying that burger in the comfort of their own home. The meatless patty is set to make its grocery store debut today at California-based Gelson's Markets. And if you don’t live in California don’t worry. Impossible Foods says they will announce more retailers later this month, with plans to have the burger in stores nationwide by mid next year.
