The Top 10 Google Searches of 2019

These days there’s no reason to be clueless about anything thanks to Google searches, and it seems each year there are some searches that are more popular than others.

Well, Google has just released their annual Year In Search report, and apparently a lot of folks were interested in possible UFOs, because the top search was “What is Area 51?” Area 51, of course, is a highly classified United States Air Force facility located within the Nevada Test and Training Range, which many conspiracy theorists believe holds secrets about Unidentified Flying Objects.

Other popular searches had to do with politics, including “what is quid pro quo?” and “what is Brexit,” while there were also some entertainment-related searches, including “What is Disney Plus?,” “What is Bird Box about? And “What is Mandalorian?”
