Thomas Rhett shared an adorable look at life with his family after he and his wife, Lauren Akins, welcomed Baby No. 5.
âWeâll be here,â the country star captioned a post on Instagram on Thursday (March 5). Rhettâs post included a glimpse of Akins napping with the coupleâs newborn son around 5:28 p.m. on February 24. Rhett also included snapshots of his daughters, his son sleeping on his shoulder and more.
Rhett, 35, and Akins, 36, welcomed son Brave Elijah Akins last month, nearly two weeks early. He joined big sisters Willa Gray (10), Ada James (8), Lennon Love (5) and Lillie Carolina (3). Akins said as she announced her sonâs arrival on Instagram on February 27 that âThomas Rhett was my biggest champion in labor & deliveryđ€ He helped deliver him (đ), was the first one to see and *tearfully*, mixed with a bit of shock announce to us all in the room âItâs a BOYâđđ©”đ„° We are so grateful God chose us to have YOU cutie pieđ„°đ„° Your four sisters are smitten and we are completely over the moon in love with you big Brave boy đ©”đđ©”â
