HARDY’s wife, Caleigh Hardy, shared “an official baby update” on her Instagram story one week after Baby No. 1 was expected to arrive. Caleigh confirmed she’s still pregnant, though some Instagram commenters have speculated the parents-to-be welcomed their baby and haven’t shared the birth announcement yet.
“OK, I thought I would give you guys an official baby update because you guys are cracking me up. I can see you in the comments being like, ‘this picture is definitely from a couple days ago. And she’s posting it today, trying to throw us off.’ No, I am not,” Caleigh said on her Instagram story as she took a step back to show her baby bump. “No, I am not. I am so humungous and pregnant. ...I am officially seven days past the due date today, which, a lot of you are super concerned about that, too. It’s OK. It’s totally normal, totally natural. My doctor’s office will let us go up to two weeks past the due date. So, we do have an induction date scheduled just in case. But hopefully we go naturally, and we go into labor naturally. That would be awesome.
“But yeah, as far as labor goes and inducing labor, I am telling you I have tried it all,” she continued. She listed some of those efforts on another slide of her story, including eating spicy foods, drinking tea, staying active and more. “I see all your suggestions. No matter how crazy or normal you think your suggestion is, I have probably tried it. Literally, I’ve done it all, and nothing seems to be doing the trick. I don’t know.”
HARDY and Caleigh announced in October that they're expecting their first child, and quickly followed up with a gender reveal to confirm Baby No. 1 is a girl. HARDY recently confirmed, “we have not gone into labor yet, so we are just hanging out around the house.”
